Labyrinths and your individual Quest!

Reality Check: Last week we (Dale and myself Della) went for a walk in Parksville and low and behold at the end of the walkway was a labyrinth. It is called the Legacy Labyrinth. It felt like one of those synchronicity moments. We have been recording the last year Dale’s Celtic Stories/Druid Manuscripts which is a Druidical Quest and the labyrinth is very symbolic of this journey. On this labyrinth I see pathways called Intuitive Discovery, Journaling, Storytelling, Gaining Knowledge, Questing , Dreaming and Connections to the Mysterious and Divine.

In research for Dale’s Celtic project , many sacred power spots in different parts of the world. But you really don’t have to go long distance to do this – this can be done in your own home as you finger walk a Finger Labyrinth which is a path that leads to unique goals for yourself. Put the qualities you aspire to on the labyrinth. To my delight in walking this week the labyrinth near our home – the Legacy Labyrinth – it also has written on it qualities to contemplate in life. The definition of labyrinth is: A labyrinth is an ancient symbol that relates to wholeness. It combines the imagery of the circle and the spiral into a meandering but purposeful path. The Labyrinth represents a journey to our own center and back again out into the world. Also love this quote”Your life is a sacred journey. Action: We will continue to create labyrinths in life as we walk the path and go forward. Will create labyrinths of healing for others to be inspired and to be open to transformation and possibilities. In researching labyrinths further found a labyrinth locator site that showed almost 6000 labyrinths in different parts of the world. Truly a universal symbol of our desire to shape our lives in meaningful way. Dreams – many – one told here at the beginning on the 4 labyrinths -, Do you remember your dreams? Honoring – the sacred knowledge and finding a little more of the Mystery of life. – Are you honoring your dreams by recording and sharing? The mysteries of life will be found. Questing on the labyrinth!
